The Four Stages of Development for Parents and Coaches introduction

Introduction:
There are 4 Stages of  Development in Childhood Learning, From birth to 2 years of age, From 2 to 7, from 7 to 12 and from 12 - adult.
Piaget proposed that intellectual growth is an ongoing adaptation to the world through two primary processes:Assimilation: Fitting new information into an already existing mental framework (schema).Accommodation: Adjusting or creating new mental frameworks when new information doesn't fit existing ones.
The concepts that correspond with theses stages is important to Parents,Teachers & Coaches inorder to provide guided learning appropriate to their development.
As an example the concept of conservation for messurement of length and vilume begins at the third stage 7 to 12.The appearance of length in earlier stages supersedes a true measurement. This appearance of closeness precedes. It is more important to the child to understand that how long an object is depends on closeness to another object.
At age 7 we can teach conservation but only when a model is  presented that allows for adaptation otherwise the child can only assimilate in to pre-existing knowledge.
The Four Stages of Development is relating to youth soccer development

FAQs
Academy Benifits
1. Better Physical Fitness
A soccer academy paves the way for your child to stay active through various training sessions, games, and constant movement. This allows them to level up their physical fitness every time they play the game.

Every kick, tackle, and sprint powers their agility, speed, coordination, and strength. These are the building blocks for any budding soccer star, which ensure that your young athlete is ready to shine. More importantly, these are building blocks for healthy active adults in life!

2. Polished Technical Skills
Any Future Stars Academy for this sport that is worth its weight in salt is dedicated to helping your child hone their technical skills. These make a world of difference on the field and include various aspects of the beautiful game, ranging from ball control to perfect shots on goal and pinpoint passing.

The good news is that soccer academies do not just focus on the basics; in fact, they help your child build their foundation for future success in the sport. The soccer coaches on board are highly skilled and help young athletes break down crucial techniques in detail, offering insights to help the young players master the game.

In addition, coaches at a soccer academy are trained to motivate and encourage your child to be resilient and push themselves through challenging times, even if they are struggling with a particular skill. It is their job to create an environment where dedication and learning are key, enabling your child to excel.

3. Expert Mentoring And Guidance
There is no denying that mentors and coaches at any development academy, soccer or any other sport, play an important role in shaping young athletes, whether they are on the field or off of it. Their guidance is not limited to teaching them the rules of the game but to enabling them to nurture their potential and foster personal development.

As young athletes receive attention, they start to see tangible improvements in their skills and abilities, which boosts their confidence. With this newfound confidence, you will see your young ones perform better on the field.

At young ages, players are exploring and experiencing different emotions for the first time. These emotions can feel very big for them and it is important that coaches help players navigate through their feelings.

4. Social Skills and Teamwork
A competent soccer academy in Napa California, Napa Sport offers much more than simple athletic training. It helps create a team-oriented and social environment where young athletes can focus on developing essential life skills.

Being part of a soccer community will enable your child to learn the value of teamwork and work toward a common goal. Moreover, this is an opportunity for them to hone their communication skills and learn how to express themselves in a clear manner, as well as listen to others.

Another benefit of joining a soccer academy is to leverage the leadership opportunities that come with it. These could range from helping teammates be focused throughout practices or stepping up during a match.

Proper Nutrition for recovery

I 'm the Director of coaching and a Coaching Instructor. I consider myself a semi-professional nutritionist.  Recovery is very important in soccer because of the hi endurance demands of the sport. Tangerines, Coconut water are quick to restore energy and balance potassium.
Everyone should adopt a hi level of nutrition not just for sports but for anyone wishing to excel.
I found this article today and every word is important

....Carbohydrates are also important for maintaining your testosterone levels if you're involved in athletic training. A study from the April 2010 edition of "European Journal of Applied Physiology" found that consuming a larger amount carbohydrates after exercise corresponded to an increase in testosterone levels.

Some fruits contain nutrients that can aid in boosting testosterone.

Although fruits may not conjure the same images of manliness associated with steak and other hearty foods, some fruits may help to increase your levels of testosterone, the primary male sex hormone. Testosterone helps to enhance muscle mass and reduce body fat, so you may find fruits beneficial for improving your body composition. If you have low testosterone levels, consult a doctor before attempting to treat the condition yourself.

Bananas

Bananas are rich in carbohydrates, which can make them helpful for fueling workouts or daily activities. Carbohydrates are also important for maintaining your testosterone levels if you're involved in athletic training. A study from the April 2010 edition of "European Journal of Applied Physiology" found that consuming a larger amount carbohydrates after exercise corresponded to an increase in testosterone levels.

Raisins

Like bananas, raisin are also rich in carbohydrates. Additionally, one cup of raisins provides 12 percent of the daily suggested intake of magnesium, a mineral that helps to manage blood sugar levels and normal nerve and muscle function. Research published in the April 2011 issue of "Biological Trace Element Research" found that increased magnesium intake can increase testosterone levels.

Dried Figs

Dried figs are beneficial because they are rich in carbohydrates and provide 15 g of fiber per cup. Additionally, one cup of dried figs contains 24 percent of the daily suggested intake of calcium, a nutrient that supports strong bones and teeth. A study from the December 2008 edition of "Biological Trace Element Research" found that increased calcium intake promotes higher testosterone levels.

Avocado

Avocados are a distinctive fruit due to their rough black skin and bright green pulp. Avocados also differ from many other fruits because they are high in fat; a 6 oz. avocado provides 15 g. Dietary fat is rich in calories and, according to research from the December 1996 edition of "The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition", consuming more dietary fat can increase your levels of testosterone.
